CORRECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article which is published in our journal and is considered as the final and complete version. Once we confirm the final acceptance of the manuscript, further corrections will not be entertained under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some circumstances, we will only be able to correct typographical errors like author names, affiliations, articles titles. In that case, the author may send an email to beyondbriefs@gmail.com if you need any changes to be affected. In case of any significant error like an error in scientific data, where your reputation and Journal\u2019s goodwill might get affected, an erratum\/correction notice would be published or added to explain the difference between the new and old versions. This will be done after careful consideration by the editor and the editor\u2019s decision will be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not carry out corrections like spelling mistakes or grammatical errors that do not affect the contribution materially or significantly impair the reader\u2019s understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RETRACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Retraction notice will be issued where a major error (eg. in the analysis or methods) invalidates the conclusions in the article, or where research misconduct or publication misconduct has taken place (eg. research without required ethical approvals, fabricated data, manipulated images, plagiarism, duplicate publication etc). The decision to issue a retraction for an article will be made along with the COPE guidelines, and will involve an investigation by Beyond Briefs Editorial Board Staff. Authors and institutions may request a retraction of their articles if their reasons meet the criteria for retraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The COPE retraction guidelines can be found on the COPE website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retraction will be considered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (eg. data fabrication or image manipulation) or honest error (eg. miscalculation or experimental error).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper cross referencing, permission or justification (eg. cases of redundant publication or duplicate publication).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the research constitutes plagiarism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Where there is evidence of fraudulent authorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If there is evidence of unethical research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where the decision has been taken to retract an article, Beyond Brief Law Review will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Add a \u2018retracted\u2019 watermark to the published version of Record of the article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Issue a separate retraction statement, titled \u2018Retraction: [article title]\u2019, that will be linked to the retracted article on Beyond Briefs Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE REMOVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An article removal will be issued in rare circumstances where the problems are very serious in nature and cannot be addressed by a Retraction or Correction notice. Beyond Briefs Law Review will consider removal of a published article from Beyond Briefs Law Review in very limited circumstances such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the article contains content that could pose a serious risk if followed or acted upon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the article contains content which violates the right to privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the article is defamatory or infringes other legal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If an article is subject to a court order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of an article being removed from Beyond Briefs Law Review, a removal notice will be issued in its place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
