Dr Roy completed his Ph.D. in the area of substantive criminal law from KIIT – D.U. not before completing his B.A. LL.B. from University of Calcutta. Subsequently, he pursued LL.M from Queen Mary, University of London (U.K) with Merit including Distinction in two disciplines.

Dr. (Prof.) Mukesh Agarwal is an esteemed Professor of Law with over 20 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Currently serving as the Principal at BMLC, Dr. Agarwal is renowned for his scholarly contributions to the field.
He is the author of 12 books, covering a wide range of legal subjects including Hindu Law, Drafting, Pleading & Conveyancing, Muslim Law, Consumer Protection Law, Legal and Constitutional History of India, Law of Contract, Special Contract, Management Information System, and Legal aspects of Indian Business.
